Our Mission Statement – Intelligence, Innovation and Imagination in ever- excelling, total quality, landscaping services.
- This is the basis for all our personal and corporate decisions and goals, every action during the day, every response to the client either internal or external.
- If a particular action does not conform to our mission statement, we will not do it.
How will we accomplish our mission?
Landscaping is an investment and by using the most knowledgeable organization, a clients monetary investment grows because it is protected by the latest and best industry practices. Landscaping often involves integrating living tissue or natural elements into the clients’ environment. This process is not to be taken lightly or a significant loss of the clients’ investment can occur not too long after the initial plant warranty has expired. To accomplish our mission we will…
- We will encourage imagination and fun in the workplace.
- We will encourage broad communication.
- We will challenge every employee to develop their particular skill set, to become a nationally certified technician and to participate in ongoing education of at least 50 hours a year.
- We will challenge our office and professional staff to ‘best practice’ industry standards and ongoing education of at least 50 hours a year.

- Networking plays such a significant part in personal growth. All employees are urged to network.
- To maintain a network all employees are to be supplied with either a PDA or address book
- Reciprocate- YOU are an expert in your field, share what you have with others, find time to converse.
- Knowledge- keep up with the news, it helps to be able to relate casually to another person.
- Spend time with people who want to spend time with you.
- Spend time with people who you can tell the best of news to or the worst of news to- and their opinion of you won’t change.
- Freely give out materials with company logo on them – coffee cups etc.
Create a Positive Public Perception
- From first phone call to final thank you, all public contacts need to display professionalism, warmth, enthusiasm and the genuine desire to solve peoples problems
- Be CLEAN! –Clean sign, trucks, office, uniform, paperwork, pen, handshake.
- Watch your driving habits- our name and phone number is on your truck.
Honesty and Integrity of Character
- ‘TELL THE TRUTH’ means having the- ‘If you lie – you die’ attitude
- Who are you when no one else is looking?
- Behaving ethically and with good character causes overall strength and trust in clients and others.
- When a mistake is made – be the first to call, have a solution.
Communication
- Return all phone calls within 24hours
- Return all first call sales calls within 1-2 hours
- Listen to clients and develop an understanding of their needs
- Convert objections to objectives
- Never make excuses
- Respect everyone, ignore no one
